The Crono Diet

Finally a diet has arrived which lets you eat everything you want - dry
fruits, cheese, even sweets! But only at the right time!

Alimentary cronobiology studies how our biological rhythm influences the use
of different aliments during a day. It has been shown that in case of
children sweets absorbed rapidly at breakfast increase attention and
decrease it when consumed at lunch.

It is also well known that different nutrients are not absorbed in the same
way: fat is deposited in the evening, but consumed in the morning are great

hour break between meals must be respected.

own rhythm and we must respect its natural necessities, which vary during a
day.
The Crono diet has a growing number of fans as it allows almost every
aliment, its main condition being to eat at a proper time. It is preferred
to eat more at breakfast and lunch and less in the evening, as fat is
deposited at this time. With this diet the daily calorie intake is around
1400-1500 kcal per day. Men lose weight much easier then women due to this
fact. If we keep this diet, a radical change occurs in our eating habit.

Breakfast: Being the most important meal of the day it must be a solid
nutritional base: 100 g cheese, 70 g bread, 20 g butter and a low calorie
drink (tee, plant infusion)

Lunch: It must contain an important mass of proteins. Eat white meat with
garnish (mixed salad or rice). Don't forget! No aperitifs, bread or desert.
A light snack between lunch and supper is aloud. You must have a tonic snack
at least 4 hours before supper containing fresh fruits or juice.

Supper: As lunch, it must contain one sort of
healthy food and remember:
no bread or desert! Eat fish and a bowl of fresh vegetables.

Contraindications: Do not follow this type of diet in order to reach your
weight loss goal if
you suffer from a cardiovascular disease. In case of high cholesterol,
replace butter with margarine.

Advantages: One strong advantage of this
diet is that
it suppresses "cravings", so in a short period of time 2-3 kilograms can be
